Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours after the order is placed. After this period, production and shipping processes may already be underway, and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Exchanges, returns, and refunds are accepted in exceptional cases, such as when the item is received damaged, with incorrect parts, a manufacturing defect, or a noticeable flaw in finish. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds or exchanges, as chosen by the customer, will be processed only after the incorrect or damaged item has been returned and received. In these cases, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
