Cancelations
Cancelations are accepted up to 48 hours after the order placed.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Are accepted, in a exceptional cases, when it's clear the item was received by the customer, damaged, with wrong parts, with a fabrication defect, or with a noticeable bad finish, "except" when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The Exchange or Total Refund, as decided by the customer, will be made "after" the wrong or damaged item was returned back and received. In these cases the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
