(01) ● What about the Free Express Shipping offered?

We provide Free Express Shipping (3–5 business days via UPS) for customers who purchase one of our Ring Box sets. This offer is available only to customers in the USA, Canada, the European Union, and Brazil. We ship worldwide, and additional shipping options are available at checkout for other countries.


(02) ● What is the shipping and delivery time for products?

All items are shipped within two business days after the order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination: typically 3–5 days to the USA, 3–5 days to the EU, and 4–8 days to other countries. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.


(03) ● What can you tell me about the quality of your products?

Every item in the shop is exclusively designed by Urbano Rodriguez, carefully engineered, and produced with high‑quality 3D printing technology. Each piece receives special attention to detail. Since each piece is hand‑painted, colors may vary slightly from the photos.


(04) ● Do you accept custom orders?

Some customizations are possible upon request. If you have an idea for a new Ring Box model, feel free to share it with us — there's always the possibility that it could be added to our collection in the future.


(05) ● Do you offer “Ship as a Gift” or Gift Messages?

At this time, we are unable to provide “Ship as Gift” or gift message options. However, if you have a special idea or would like a custom package, please let us know and we will do our best to see if it can be arranged.


(06) ● Why are prices shown in USD at checkout even if I selected another currency?

Our shop’s main currency is USD, which is standard for most e‑commerce platforms. If you select another currency using the dropdown converter, prices will be displayed in that currency throughout your browsing experience. However, at checkout, prices are shown in USD and payment is processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.


(07) ● What is your policy on cancellations, returns, and exchanges?

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. Returns and exchanges are accepted, provided the item is in its original condition. Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error cannot be returned or exchanged. In such cases, shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us — our priority is keeping customers 100% happy.
